Ms Doris Sohmen-Pao is CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI). Currently, she serves as a board member of the Singapore National Gallery, Institute of HR Professionals, and NTU College of Science. She also serves as an HR advisor to the National Volunteers Philanthropy Centre and the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. She is also the VP of the Singapore chapter of the International Women’s Forum.
